Tagging & Tracking (RFID)

TAGGING AND TRACKING

The Real-Time Resource Location

Solutions typically integrates a backbone (Leaky-Feeder, Fibre, Copper or Wi-Fi) with stationary readers in order to locate tagged resources in real time. Depending on the chosen backbone, the readers may vary from fixed point to movable mobile units and for added redundancy and system integrity most mines split the readers on more than one backbone. Different antenna types can also be used to satisfy the many detection restrictions faced within a typical mine layout. The devices used are practically and functionally appropriate for underground mining processes. This was established through innovative design and experience gathered of many years of mine solutions implementation.
